Evangelism

Hygiene is foreign to people of Burukenge Slums Your movement in the area make you feel in a foreign place. This is why Christ needs them
Pre-Crusade visit Kenneth Ouma and Elder Patrick Ombok during one of the many visits held before commencement of the Campaign
Temporary Shade This is the area that the Sabbath School meets. We first held our crusade in April this year
Jesus needs these people A view of the settlement
Anothe View Housing thousands of people, this is a ripe place for the gospel of Jesus Christ

This is inside Burukenge slums in Mombasa, near the Nyali Bridge.

This is the place where we will be doing an evangelistic series as from 18th November to 17th December 2016. Because of the limited space in the informal settlement, we will mostly be conducting personal evangelism (door to door).

You can’t believe that this slum is a home to thousands living in a very deplorable condition. Hygiene is a term without meaning here, good meals is a luxury alcohol and drugs are the common practice. Filthy stinking pathways ...."beware of flying toilets"......

However in this place are souls for whom Jesus’ blood was shed.

We may not solve all their problems, wish we could, but we may take Christ to His own. We solicit your prayer and support as we look forward to doing a 4 weeks series.

We urgently need literature especially great controversy, Steps to Christ and Bibles. We also need food stuffs and clothing especially for children.

We will also have special programsfor children and by the end of the 4 weeks it’s our wish to have some iron sheets on top of this structure that will serve as worshiping place.

God bless you as you consider partnering with us in this noble assignment
